Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order if

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• All accessories and included items must be returned.
• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

• The product has been used.
• The product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage.
• The product is returned without its original packaging.
• More than 48 hours have passed since delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method, where applicable.
